Wow, that's a gorgeous trailer! The scenery and the costumes are enough on their own to make me want to see this! My French isn't the best, so I didn't really catch anything that they were saying, but it looks like it's going to be rather faithful to the original book, since it's got what appears to be Beauty's stepsisters.
Hi Xochitl! *waves* It's always lovely to see a new face :)I flipped out when I saw this trailer! My French still isn't good enough to make out any more than my "My name is Belle" but it looks like an absolutely stunning film. And it looks like they've got Belle's brothers in this film too! And one of them is very attractive :D I really, really hope that this film turns out to be as good as its trailer suggests and that it comes out in the UK not too long after France.
Oh, *waves back* nice to meet you also! You've got a neat blog. :DYeah, same here. XD That was all I could make out. I hope it comes out in the US, too. It'd be nice to have something really interesting and different from all the usual fare.
"You've got a neat blog". :DThank you! :)I'll have to check out your blog as well...
Wow, what an amazing trailer! Didn't understand five words spoken in it either, lovely to look at, though. o.oOur family hasn't really sampled too many French films so far, but this looks absolutely fascinating. Seems like this version intends to treat the story with truly dramatic heft. =DBelle is beautiful.Wonder how the releasing process will be handled over-seas...Thanks for sharing, Indigo! (where do you find out about this stuff??)
No problem, Ruby :) I found this video on tumblr. It came up on my dashboard a few times. I hadn't heard about the film up until then but I'm really excited about it now. I'm glad you loved it too!
